+ Extended 75 minutes: $225
I work to support clients goals by processing through past traumas, coping with present stressors, and exploring future worries and dreams. This space is a safe container to show up authentically and get to know all parts of you in order to understand and fully embrace who you are, where you’ve come from, and where you hope to be.
Relationship Therapy
Partners come to Relationship therapy for a wide range of reasons. Generally, there are complaints of feeling stuck in a recurring conflict cycle (having the same type of fight over and over again), feeling emotionally disconnected from one another, or because you’re wanting to be proactive about your future together.
Whether you’re interested in preparing for your future with premarital therapy, or looking to deepen emotional connection and work through conflict with your partner(s) in couples therapy, I can help you meet your goals for your relationship.

Through using the primary theoretical modalities of Emotion Focused Therapy, The Gottman Method of couples therapy, and Internal Family Systems/IFIO, I assist partnerships in repairing past wounds and finding their way back to one another and the relationship they desire most.
I also offer the PREPARE/ENRICH couples assessment to provide an in-depth review of strengths, growth areas, similarities, and differences in order to assist our therapeutic conversations toward the relationship domains that require more of our attention.

Sliding Scale
Due to biased and oppressive social structures, marginalized and racialized communities in our society experience barriers to resources and opportunities that people in privileged positions do not. Therefore, I reserve a limited number of sessions with sliding scale fees for Black, Brown, Indigenous, and People of Color (BBIPOC), and LGBTQIA+ folks.
+ Starting at $100. The specific fee is decided on a case-by-case basis, but is ultimately up to each client based on what they are able to invest.
